Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, here’s how we can help.

1. Return Window

• You have 2 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

2. Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

• Items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.
• Phots and video of damage or issues are provided.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as “final sale”
• Underwear, swimwear, or personalized/customized items

4. How to Return

• Contact us at shuddhdesi.sg@gmail.com and arrange for the delivery.
• You’ll receive instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
• Shipping costs for returns may be your responsibility unless the item was defective or we sent the wrong item.

5. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
• If approved, a refund will be processed to Shuddhdesi e-Wallet or Gift Card from Shudddesi.

6. Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to availability.
• If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued.
